  1. Q.    How long have you been in business?

              A.    Casey's Window Coverings has been in business since 1997.

 

     2.     Q.    How much experience do you have?

             A.    I have been selling blinds since 1990 and installing since 1992. 

 

     3.    Q.    Are you a licensed contractor?  more info

            A.    Most window coverings companies don't have this license and it is not required.

                    Although I've taken the class, I do not  have this license.  

 

    4.    Q.    Are you insured?

           A.    Yes.  I have business liability insurance with State Farm.  (Copies available upon request)

 

    5.    Q.     How long does it take to get my new blinds?

           A.     Most blinds take only 5 to 7 working days.  Installation usually take 1 to 1 1/2  hours.

 

   6.     Q.     "I need my blinds like yesterday!"

           A.     Some products can be put on 24 or 48 hour rush for an additional surcharge.

 

   7.    Q.     Is there some kind of warranty with the blinds?

          A.     Most blinds come with a limited lifetime warranty.  (copies available upon request)

 

   8.    Q.     When do I pay for the blinds?

          A.      We require a 50% deposit to place the order, and the balance is due after installation.

 

   9.    Q.     What kind of payments do you accept?

          A.     We accept major credit cards, checks, money order or cash.

 

10.    Q.    What sets you apart from the other window covering companies out there?

          A.    I spend the extra time and effort to help you choose the right blinds for your home.

                  I make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. 

                 There's no "high pressure" or "shady sales tactics"
